Manage customer account images

When to use this procedure
Follow the steps below to add, remove, or change the image associated with a customer record. Only one image can be stored at a time for a customer. This image displays in various locations throughout AIMsi, including on the Outstanding window.
Steps to complete
Prerequisites: You must create a temporary image folder somewhere in Windows Explorer and that folder must be identified in the Customer Image Camera Folder file on the Work Station window - File tab. A storage folder must also be created and saved in the Customer Image Storage Folder file.
- On the Add/Change Customer window, select the customer account to which you want to associate or updated an image.
- Click the Image tab.
- Click Get Image. If a message displays indicating that the current image will be overwritten, click Yes. The Customer Image window displays with the image currently stored in your temp folder.
- Click Save Image. The Add/Change Customer window redisplays and the image you selected displays on the Image tab.
- On the Add/Change Customer window, select the customer account from which you want to delete an image.
- Click the Image tab.
- Click Delete Image. On the message that displays, click Yes. The Add/Change Customer window redisplays and the image association is removed.
- On the Add/Change Customer window, select the customer account for which you want to print an image.
- Click the Image tab.
- Click Print Image. The Select Output Destination window displays.
- Select your desired output destination and click OK. The image is sent to print preview, a printer, a file location, or email, depending on your output selections.
